Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which cancellations or refunds may be requested.

Service Cancellation Policy

  1. Project-Based Services (Website Development, App Development, SEO, Graphics, etc.)
    • Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of making the payment.
    • If the project work has already started, no cancellation will be accepted.
  2. Digital Products (Themes, Plugins, Templates, Licenses, etc.)
    • Digital products cannot be cancelled once delivered or downloaded.
    • All digital product purchases are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  3. Monthly/Subscription-Based Services (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SMM, Hosting, etc.)
    • No cancellation is allowed after the billing cycle has started.
    • You may stop the next billing cycle by informing us 5 days in advance.

Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Services
    • All payments for website development, app development, SEO, graphics, marketing services, hosting, domain, ads, and digital products are non-refundable once the service/product work begins.
  2. Eligible Refund Cases
    Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
    • If the payment was made twice due to a technical error. If the project was not initiated from our side within 7 days of payment. If SRMS Infotech is unable to deliver the service due to an internal issue.
    Note: All eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Project Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • Once the project is started, the client must provide required content, images, and information on time.
  • Delays caused by the client do not qualify for a refund.
  • If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days, the project will be marked as completed, and no refund will be issued.

Changes & Modifications

  • Any revision or additional request beyond the agreed project scope will be considered extra work and charged separately.
  • No refund will be provided if the client changes their mind about the design or service after work has started.
